All our products are made giving utmost importance to quality standards. Since our products are 100% natural, handwoven, naturally dyed there are possibilities of slubs, colour variation, weave variations which are normal and shouldn't be considered as defects.
Should you need to return any product for any other reason like size issue we would be more than happy to exchange. Just make sure the tags are intact, it's unused, unwashed, no stains else we will not be able to accept it back. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product and allow 5 working days for us to process the credit note. Any order concerns that are highlight after 24 hours will be difficult to address.
